Before stepping into the professional world, collegiate soccer gave me a crash course in pressure, discipline, and leadership. It taught me how to think strategically, act decisively, and stay resilient. Skills I now try to carry into every room I walk in. That experience laid the foundation for how I lead, inspire, and work through challenges with my team. COVID hit, I hung up my boots, and became a team of one - This chapter taught me to be brave.
